Alumni Music Therapy

Alumni Music Therapy

Clients who have completed a music therapy workshop with The Angel Band Project are considered alumni. They are invited to join this ongoing support group facilitated by one of our music therapists.

Through ongoing music therapy, we support survivors in maintaining emotional regulation, reducing anxiety, and promoting neural pathway repair.*

This is a space designed to nurture and maintain the established community:

Where participants intentionally support themselves and each other.

Open to all past workshop participants.

Fosters connection and strengthens community.

Provides ongoing support.

Promotes sustained emotional well-being, aiding in long-term trauma recovery.

“Music and sound—it’s so immediate that it brings us into a state of presence…the music therapist says, I’ve got you. You’re here, we are here, you are safe. That is the most important thing when we’re working with any trauma survivor to create a sense of safety and grounding.”
